135 Tractors debut outing
« on: 10 June, 2011, 09:28:20 AM »
Our new tractor is finished (or as close as a project ever gets to being finished)
Based on a Massey Fergusson 135

That's a great job Paul!
My compliments to you!
I preserve good memories to this type of Massey Fergusson, it was one of the first tractors I drove as a little kid.

Hello Paul, I don't know how this slipped through my viewing sessions but somehow it seems to have.

I have just come across it as I trawled the tractor section as I fancy building a tractor myself.

Yours looks very good, well done.

Have you based it on a Toylander or is it all from your own design??

Brian.

:)Just as you were working away on conservatory filling projects so were we.  Its based on the origional tractor with modifications to the body to give the 135 details.  Plans etc should be available from Richard in the not too distant future.

Thank you Paul/Sue.

I'm debating whether to dispose of the T2 to raise funds for the new project or not.

I really do not have room in my garage to house another Toylander.  I all ready have my daughters kit car, Tavis's T2, Go cart and bicycle, model railway, board mounted scalectric and plastic electric Thomas the tank engine train set which all mount onto a 1200x600mm play table which has to go into my garage, when it's done supporting the work in progress 1200x600 OO9 model railway.

Way hay, decisions decisions decisions.

Brian.

;)  Sounds just like our Tardis, sorry garage, has everything in it apart from daily driver car.  Perhaps you need to follow in Richards esteemed steps and have a multi story parking shed.

;)  Who us give away top secret info!  The multi story shed or underground parking will be the next project methinks.  Looks like a shed from the outside but well you have all seen Thunderbirds and the hidden bits on Tracey Island........
