Hi and Welcome
It's well worth sending to Real Life Toys for the plans, and if you want to modify the body tub you can easily do so, but you will then have access to all the standard parts and basic information.
I have a Toylander 2, built, (more or less), to the drawings, but am now making a variation. But without the original plans it would be impossible to get the build started.
If you post information about your locality, you may be able to meet up with someone locally who has one built that you can visit.
There's loads of pics on this site too, which may give you an idea of other peoples alteration.
if you decide to go ahead, keep us all informed how you are getting on.
Best Wishes
Walter

Hello Shoney, ( a proper name would be nice:D), welcome to the forum.

As Walter has said, Richard at "Toylander",  Real Life Toys, is the place to go for plans, helpful hints and all the ironwork, electrics, motors and wheels if that is the route you wish to take.

You certainly need the plans, a good read of the forum for hints and tips and post up any problems you encounter.

Good luck with the build and keep us posted please.

Regards,

Brian.
