Hello Marvin, it's always handy to be able to stop upon demand.  :D better for the paintwork than scraping against an adjacent wall to slow down.

Well done, what kind of brakes have you fitted?

Regards,

This is an old model so just gone for the original set up with some recyled (thanks for your help here Richard/Roberto) parts, and seems to work well!

Held me and the car tonight on a steep slope that we could not quite make 2 up! :o

Looking at fitting some brake lights now and perhaps indicators if I can find some suitable parts!

We have flashing indicator lamps and stop and tail lights, even side lights now available. Surface mount so no need to cut big holes and a drawing for wire cover panels for either Toylander 1 or 2. These can also be retro fitted to old style lamps on the Toylander 1 and 2.

Sorted the indicators!

Fronts are Range Rover side repeaters off Ebay at a bargain price as is the motorcycle flasher unit 21W + 3W. The rears look the same as Land Rover rear lights and again sourced through ebay. (Maypole Round Amber Lamp) Even managed an on dash indicator thanks to 2 diodes.

Richard - would be interested in the brake light set up details, what switch does it use and where/what are the rear bulbs/lamps.

Pics to follow.

We had a little PCB made with double led attached in two strengths to fit into our purpose made lamps and used a mercury type replacement switch to operate them.
