the problem now is one of the batteries won't charge

Hello Phill, what a lovely job you have made of the car, congratulations on a job well done.

I too love the engine bay detail, I have built a battery box to look like an engine for my single 12v battery, but I am thinking of going 24v, and the dummy engine bay is a super way of hiding the two batteries, that is definately on my "to copy" list, hope you don't mind.

Regards,

Brian.

Hello Phil, a few questions?

What are the line of red buttons at the front of the seat, overload trips or fuses maybe??

What is the large grey box attached to the engine bay firewall under the bonnet??

What is the cross piece, looks like metal with two single lever handles above the gearboxes under the seat??

The engine bay looks very crowded, you've got a lot under there.:D

It all looks very well engineered.

Brian.

Hi Phil,
Well done on a very nicely detailed car!
You either have a full sized one to use as a 'crib sheet', or a load of pictures somewhere!

Have to agree with everyone else, the engine cover looks the dogs danglies!

Another observation, what's the large 'Siren' for below the seat? An audible warning for when the girls are reversing  perhaps? Or is it a P.A system for you to shout instructions!!

Super Job, can't wait to see the Jeep finished. Keep us informed.

Regards,
Mark.
