Hi everyone! Just wondering if any one has any suggestions on making a working snorkel (i have a petrol engine of 90cc)

i have had the same ideas, but you would have to waterproof your electrics,
model trains,landrovers and toylanders =]

I guess you'd have to waterproof the driver as well, or at least get him some wellies.
And just a thought, would a toylander float? it's built like a boat hull, so how about an amphicar?
I have enough problems with the standard Toylander!

back to the point, does someone actually have a petrol one, i am about to start work on building one with a series 3 landrover grille. ??? ???

You're better off building a battery powered one,as you can get it insured, drive it in the park and on the pavement, unless you've got a huge garden or field. I toyed with the petrol idea for a while but went electric, you could mount the engine in the rear you'd need a  metal mounting plate to avoid damaging the plywood, i guess it depends on what type of engine you use, bike/lawnmower/generator/chainsaw etc etc which will determine the drive system.
